Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

Please note: the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes due upon arrival. If the package gets sent back due to retrieval failure, we charge a $17.99 reshipment fee.

 

I just placed my order online and need to change it. What do I do?

Please email support@crafturday.com with your order number as the subject line explaining the update ASAP. We will do our best to update the order but cannot guarantee that the order can be changed if it has been over a 24 hour time period.

What happens if I wasn't able to change my address in time?

We are not responsible for failed delivery due to an incorrect shipping address. If your package gets shipped back to our studio, we charge a $4.99 (domestic) or $17.99 (international) reshipment fee.

Where do you ship from?

From our studio in Los Angeles, CA!

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship orders every Tuesday and Friday from the studio. If certain materials are out of stock, shipping times will take longer. We do our best to inform you of supplier delays. 

For domestic orders, please allow 1 week for the order to arrive after shipment.

For international orders, please allow 2+ weeks for the order to arrive after shipment.
