The shop owner is lovely but I had another necklace come in with my requested size and it was the perfect size but wrong color, I had this one sent and it was supposed to be the same size and it’s such a pretty necklace but it is significantly shorter because it didn’t fit. I’m not going to bother exchanging it again but it’s a shame because I can’t wear it. I’m grateful for her help and how pretty her work is but this is the 2nd incorrect order so I’m especially sad that I can’t wear it and that either the sizes don’t match up from different necklace styles or that the wrong one was sent again. Don’t need a refund just want to note it. The finish of the necklace is beautiful for anyone wanting to buy it and the style, too. I recommend her items anyways hence the 4 star. Not a fan of the butterfly charms on the other necklaces tbh, they look kind of clunky in person. But the duality earrings get literal nonstop compliments.
