I'm in-between sizes on your 11-13 inch/13-15 inch chokers. What size should I order?

I highly recommend sizing down, as I make all the chokers slightly larger to allow for wiggle room.

What materials are your jewels made out of?

All jewelry is made from rhodium plated or gold plated (anti-tarnishing) chain, charms and findings. All jewelry is nickel free.

Will your jewelry tarnish?

All the gold plated chokers are made with anti-tarnishing chain. Gold plated jewelry (and all jewelry that isn't pure gold) does naturally oxidize over time. Body oils/perfume speed up the tarnishing process, as does water. Please take off your Crafturday jewelry while showering or swimming.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please feel free to contact hello@crafturday.com to check on the status of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

I just placed my order online and need to change it. What do I do?

Please email hello@crafturday.com with your order number as the subject line explaining the update ASAP. I will do my best to update the order but cannot guarantee that the order can be changed if it has been over the 24 hour time period.

Where do you ship from?

My fulfillment warehouse in Sparks, NV!

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders will ship the same day if the order was placed before noon PST. If the order was place after noon PST, it will ship next day.

For international orders, please allow 2+ weeks for the order to arrive after shipment.

What is your return policy?

I want you to love your unique, handcrafted adornment. Please contact me within 14 days of purchase and ship back within 30 for exchange or to receive store credit - hello@crafturday.com.
